ART
At Hope4Life we welcome creativity as an essential part of healing.
We host Creative Healing Workshops every few months and most recently we had our first collective art exhibition at the Gallery of Light
which will be showing for the months of June and July.
We hope you join us for the Gallery Night Opening on Saturday, July 16th at 7pm for a Wine and Cheese and a few surprises.

Dr. Gabor Mate says "Trauma is not what happened to you, but rather, what you believed about yourself and others after it happened..."
What coping mechanisms have we depended on our whole lives to avoid looking at our pain?
Many of us have carried pain, shame and fear that was birthed out of the painful events in our lives. Hiding our pain and avoiding it at all costs has only made it bigger or worse.
Our bodies and minds are desperately telling us to look at the pain so it can finally disappear. In this show, artists were invited to share a glimpse of their emotional pain, and their work is a courageous attempt to face the trauma and expose the darkness to the light.
